कल एक फ़िल्म का ट्रेलर निकला जिसका नाम है ‘उरी’. उरी मतलब वही जिसके बाद हमने पाकिस्तान की इति श्री रेवा खण्ड, मतलब सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक कर दी थी. अरे वही जिसके मफलरू चचा सबूत माँग रहे थें? हाँ वही. तो ट्रेलर रिलीज हुआ और कुछ ही समय में भारत की राष्ट्रवादी जनता (अब यहाँ राष्ट्रवादी बोला है तो किसी पार्टी से न जोड़ना, भारत की जनता राष्ट्रवादी ही होती है) का खून का उबाल बढ़ गया. याद आया कि कैसे हिंद की सेना ने कायरों की फ़ौज के दांत खट्टे किये थे. उनकी जमीन में घुसकर. उनके घर के अंदर जा कर उनकी टांगे तोड़ी थी. जनता को भइया ट्रेलर आया पसन्द! हमहुँ काहे झूठ बोले? हमको भी पसंद आवा रहा. हम तो वइसे ही आर्मी के नाम पर तुरंत सलूट पेलने को तैयार रहत हैं. मगर कुछ लोग हैं जिनके ‘गद्दार खून’ ने समझ लिया कि अब तो 11 जनवरी (फ़िल्म की रिलीज़ डेट) को सिनेमाघरों में ‘जन-गण-मन’ के साथ ‘भारत माता की जय’ भी सुनना पड़ेगा दादा?अब का करें? तो उन्होंने आव देखा न ताव, धर के चेंप दिया एक आर्टिकल. कहा, ‘दिस ईज़ हाइपर नेशनलिज़्म’.
कहे रहे थे न तुमसे की आस्तीन का सांप महीने में दुइ बार फुफकारता ही है? फुफकार गया. मगर हम भी पुराने सपेरे ठहरे? इन जैसे कितनों को नचाया हुआ है. आज से नहीं, सालों से. और बात तो एक ई भी है कि हम तो उनकी पूजा करते हैं जिन्होंने स्वयं गले में नाग देवता को धारण किया हुआ है. मगर इन सपोलों को दूध नहीं पिलायेंगे अबकी. वही भाषा में ठेलेंगे जिस भाषा में ये बकैती पेली है.
हां तो भईया ! अब शुद्ध हिंदी में सुनो! ये ‘हाइपर नेशनलिज़्म’ ही है. इसी के दम पर मुग़लों को घुटने टिकवाये थे. इसी के दम पर अंग्रेजों को भगाया था और इसी के दम पर तुमको एक राज्य तक सीमित कर दिया है. ये हर सच्चे देशभक्त के खून में है. हमारा ब्लड ग्रुप भी A,B,C,D पॉजिटिव से पहले ‘नेशनलिस्ट पॉजिटिव’ दिखाता है. हमारी सेना जैसे हमारी रक्षा करती है वैसे ही हम हमारी सेना के आगे ढाल की तरह खड़े हैं. अंतर इतना है कि वो बॉर्डर पर गोली से बात करती है और हम बॉर्डर के अंदर तर्को से. (सोचा तो तुमने मन में गाली ही होगा लेकिन देने से फायदा कुछ है नहीं, तुम स्वयं ही जानते होगे कौन सी मिलने वाली है). 1947, 1965, 1971, 1975, 1999…तारीखें याद हमको तुमसे ज़्यादा है. जिनके पारितोषक पर कुछ कल के लड़के उंगलियां टिपियाने के लिए रखे हुए हो न, उनके घर तक घुस कर उनके हलक में हाथ डाल चुकी है हमारी सेना. और इस बात की हम बार बार प्रशंसा करते आये हैं और आगे भी करते रहेंगे. हमारा अधिकार है. हमारी सेना ने हमें दिया है. मगर इतनी तो किसी को आज़ादी नहीं देंगे कि वो हमारी सेना पर उँगली उठाए. वो क्या है न, हमने जब मुग़लों और अंग्रेजों के सामने घुटने नहीं टेके तो तुम क्या हो बे? अब हमारी भाषा पर रोना न शुरू कर देना. सेना की बात आती है तो हम अइसे ही बतियाते हैं. यह पहिले ही बता चुके हैं कि हां हम हैं हाइपर नेशनलिस्ट!
जिस वायर से बॉर्डर के उस तरफ का कनेक्शन जोड़ा हुआ है न? हमें वो तोड़ना आता है. देश के शहीदों पर जब फ़िल्म बने तो कहो ‘हाइपर नेशनलिस्ट’; जब आज़ादी के सपूतों पर बने तो कहो ‘हाइपर नेशनलिस्ट’; अब सेना की वीरता पर बनी तो कहो ‘हाइपर नेशनलिस्ट’? उधर तुम्हारे लिए नेता कौन है? हमारे टैक्स पर पल रहे कुछ गद्दार जिनको ‘आज़ादी’ चाहिए. वैसे आज़ादी तो उनके अब्बा हुज़ूर भी मांगते थे. उनके अब्बा हुज़ूर के अब्बा हुज़ूर भी मांगते थे, मगर इन्हीं हाइपर नेशनलिस्टों ने उनके सीने पर आज़ादी उनको दी थी. अभी पिछले साल ही आँकड़ा 100 पार किया था, इस साल तो खैर दफनाने के लिए जमीन कम पड़ चुकी है ये हाल हो गए हैं. वईसे एक बात बताए तुमको? हमको घण्टा न फर्क पड़ता. न सेना को पड़ता है. न देश की जनता को पड़ता है. बस ये आर्टिकल लिख इसीलिए रहे हैं कि एकबार फिर से यह बता देंवें कि चाहें जितना दम लगाए लो, होना तुमसे कछु नाही है. तुम अंग्रेज़ी में शब्द पेलते रहो, हम अपनी ठेठ बोली में तुम्हारे एजेंडे को बॉर्डर के बाहर ठेलते रहेंगे. 11 जनवरी को टिकट काउंटर में लगने वाली भारी भीड़ ही दुनिया को यह बता देगी कि इस देश की आत्मा में ही ‘राष्ट्रवाद’ है. और एक बात…11 जनवरी को ही नहीं, मई 2019 में भी तुमको एक आर्टिकल लिखना पड़ेगा…तैयारी शुरू कर दो! अब हाइपर नेशनलिस्ट हैं तो फिर आखिरी में…’हर हर महादेव!!!’…ठीक है?
