क्या है करतारपुर कॉरिडोर और भारतीय सिखों के लिए क्यों है इतना महत्वपूर्ण

गुरुनानक देव जी की 550वीं जयंती के मद्देनजर भारत के सिख श्रद्धालुओं के लिए करतारपुर कॉरिडोर खोले जाने की मोदी सरकार ने मंजूरी दे दी है। सिख समुदाय पिछले 70 साल से दर्शन के लिए वीजा-फ्री कॉरिडोर खोलने की मांग कर रहा था। भारत पाकिस्तान के बटवारें के समय यह हिस्सा पाकिस्तान में चला गया था। पाकिस्तान के करतारपुर में गुरुद्वारा दरबार साहिब को भारत के गुरदासपुर जिले में स्थित डेरा बाबा नानक गुरुद्वारा से जोड़ने वाले कॉरिडोर की आधारशिला कल पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री इमरान खान द्वारा रखी गई। भारतीय सिख समुदाय पिछले 20 सालों से इस कॉरिडोर की मांग कर रहा है पर अभी तक इसे सिर्फ टाला ही गया है। लेकिन आखिरकर इमरान खान ने बनाने की मंजूरी दे दी है। यह 3 किलोमीटर लंबा गलियारा अगले वर्ष यानी 2019 सितंबर तक तैयार हो जाएगा। गौरतलब है कि पिछले कई वर्षों से आतंकी हरकतों के कारण इसका निर्माण टलता रहा है।

करतारपुर साहिब, पाकिस्तान के नारोवाल जिले में स्थित है। यह जगह भारतीय सीमा से महज 3 किमी. और लाहौर से करीब 120 किमी. दूर है। अब तक सिख समुदाय के लोग भारत के अलग-अलग प्रांत से भारत-पाक बॉर्डर के पास आकर दूरबीन की साहयता से गुरुद्वारे के दर्शन करते थे।

करतारपुर साहिब से जुड़ी कुछ महत्वपूर्ण बातों पर नज़र डालते हैं:

सिख धर्म के संस्थापक गुरु नानक जी करतारपुर के इसी गुरुद्वारा दरबार साहिब में एक आश्रम में रहा करते थे।

गुरु नानक जी ने जीवन के अंतिम 18 साल यहीं व्यतीत किये। इसी गुरुद्वारे में नानक जी ने अपनी अंतिम साँसे लीं। बाद में इसी गुरुद्वारे की जगह पर गुरु नानक देव जी जिसके बाद गुरुद्वारा दरबार साहिब बनवाया गया।

नानक साहिब ने सिख धर्म की स्थापना करतारपुर में ही की थी। उन्होंने रावी नदी के किनारे सिखों के लिए एक नगर बसाया।
कहा जाता है सबसे पहले लंगर की शुरुआत भी यहीं से हुई थी। नानक साहब के यहां जो भी आता था, वह उन्हें बिना खाए जाने नहीं देते थे।
सिख गुरुद्वारे लंगर के लिए पूरे विश्व में जाने जाते हैं और मान्यता है कि नानक जी ने लंगर की शुरुआत यहीं की थी।
कहा जाता है कि जब नानक जी अपनी देह त्यागी तब उनके शरीर के स्थान पर केवल कुछ फूल बाकी रह गए।

फूलों के दो हिस्से कर के सिखों और मुसलमानों में बाँट दिए गए। सिखों ने हिंदू रीति-रिवाज के अनुसार, फूलों को जलाकर नानक देव का अंतिम संस्कार कर दिया और मुसलमानों ने फूलों को दफनाकर नानक जी को विदा किया। करतारपुर में गुरुद्वारा में समाधि जो कि गुरुद्वारे के अंदर है और कब्र जो कि गुरुद्वारे के बाहर है दोनों अब भी मौजूद हैं।

जहाँ एक तरफ भारतीय सिखों के लिए यह बहुत बड़ी खुशखबरी है, ध्यान देने वाली बात यह है कि बटवारें के समय कांग्रेस की गलतियों की वजह से यह हिस्सा पाकिस्तान में चला गया। पाकिस्तान की आतंकी गतिविधियों और पीठ में छुरा घोपने की आदत से परिचित होने के बाद भी कांग्रेस के मंत्री नवजोत सिंह सिद्धू करतारपुर साहिब जो कि एक भावनात्मक मुद्दा है उसका इस्तेमाल पाकिस्तान से मेल जोल बढ़ाने के एजेंडे को हवा दे रहे हैं।

वहीं पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री इमरान खान ने भी करतारपुर साहिब के शिलान्यास के वक्त दिए गए भाषण में कश्मीर मुद्दे का ज़िक्र कर के पाकिस्तान के मंसूबो पर सवालिया निशान लगा दिया है। शिलान्यास के मौके पर पाकिस्तान के सेना प्रमुख जनरल बाजवा खालिस्तान समर्थक गोपाल चावला से मिलते दिखे। इससे कयास लगाए जा रहे है कि खालिस्तानी आतंकी इस गलियारे से भारतीय सिखों को खालिस्तान की मांग करने के लिए उकसा सकते हैं।

ध्यान देने वाली बात यह है कि इससे पहले पाकिस्तान ने तीर्थस्थानों की यात्रा के लिए भारतीय सिखों को वीजा देने में कभी दिलचस्पी नहीं दिखाई। खालिस्तान सिख फॉर जस्टिस (एसएफजे) समर्थकों की गुरु नानक के 550वीं जयंती पर पाक में कार्यक्रम की योजना है। अगर यह दोनों बिंदु जोड़े जाएं तो खालिस्तानी खतरा भारत में लकीर खींचते हुए नज़र आएगा। भारत सरकार आशंका जता रही है कि कहीं भारत से जाने वाला जत्था इस सम्मेलन में शामिल न हो। यह गलियारा भारत के लिए एक और मुसीबत खड़ी करेगा या नहीं यह तो वक्त ही बताएगा पर एक बात तो तय है कि भारत की सुरक्षा एजेंसियों को हर पल चौकन्ना रहना होगा।
