मोदी सरकार की सड़क निर्माण के प्रति गंभीरता

भोपाल के नेहरू नगर में रहने वाले शर्मा परिवार की दो बहुएं थी। एक बहू बड़बोली और नेता स्वभाव की थी। आए दिन कुछ न कुछ ऐलान कर देती कि कल घर में नाश्ते में ये बनेगा या वो बनेगा। दूसरी बहु शांत स्वभाव की थी और कोशिश करती कि परिवारवालों को हर तरह से खुश रखा जाए। एक दिन बड़बोली बहू ने घरवालों से कहा कि कल गुलाब जामुन बनेंगे।

अगले दिन शांत स्वभाव वाली बहु ने देखा कि शाम हो गई है पर अभी तक न गुलाब जामुन बनाने की सामग्री आई है ना ही गुलाब जामुन बनकर तैयार हुए हैं। वो तुरंत बाज़ार गई और सारा सामान ले आई और गुलाब जामुन बनाने लगी। घरवालों ने बड़े चाव से रात को गुलाब जामुन खाए पर तभी बड़बोली स्वभाव की बहू बोली ‘जो भी कहो गुलाब जामुन बनाने का सुझाव तो मेरा ही था’।

शर्मा परिवार को तो गुलाब जामुन उसी दिन खाने को मिल गए परन्तु दिल्ली और हरियाणा वालों को बड़बोली बहु यानी कि कांग्रेस ने 2003 में वेस्टर्न पेरीफेरल हाइवे का वादा किया था जो कि पूरे पंद्रह साल बाद भाजपा ने पूरा किया है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने हरियाणा के सुल्‍तानपुर में इस महत्‍वाकांक्षी एक्‍सप्रेसवे का उद्घाटन किया।

इस महत्वकांक्षी प्रोजेक्ट से जुड़ी कुछ मुख्य बातें:

●यह प्रोजेक्ट 2009 में पूरा हो जाना चाहिए था।
प्रोजेक्ट बनाने का काम KMP Expressway ltd को सौंपा गया था और इसकी लागत 1915 करोड़ थी ।

●2009 में परियोजना पूरी ना हो पाने पर 2012 में इसकी समयसीमा 2013 तय की गई।

●परियोजना में लगातार देरी होने के चलते HSIIDC ने कंपनी पर जुर्माना लगाने का फैसला किया जिसके बाद यह मामला कोर्ट में पहुंच गया।

●हरयाणा सरकार ने KMP express के साथ अपना अनुबंध खत्म करने का फैसला लिया और् कंपनी पर 1300 करोड़ रुपये का जुर्माना लगाया।

●भाजपा सरकार आने के बाद 2014 में इस परियोजना को दुबारा शुरू किया गया ।

●साथ ही साथ यह फैसला लिया गया कि यह छह लेन वाला एक्सप्रेसवे बनेगा।

●आखिरकार करीब 15 साल से भी अधिक समय के इंतजार के बाद सोमवार को दिल्ली और हरियाणा के लोगों को वेस्टर्न पेरिफेरल एक्सप्रेस-वे यानि कि कुंडली पलवल (केएमपी) एक्सप्रेस वे की सौगात मिल गई है।
इस एक्सप्रेसवे की कुल लंबाई 83 किमी. की होगी। यह एक्‍सप्रेस वे हरियाणा के 5 जिलों सोनीपत, झज्‍झर, गुरुग्राम, मेवात और पलवल से होकर गुजरेगा।

●सबसे महत्वपूर्व बात यह है कि इससे दिल्ली को भारी वाहनों द्वारा होने वाले प्रदूषण से निजात मिलेगी। भारी वाहनों को दिल्ली से होकर जाने की जरूरत नहीं होगी।

●इसके अलावा दिल्ली आने वाले वाहनों में भी 30% तक की कमी आएगी।

वेस्टर्न पेरीफेरल एक्सप्रेस वे से मोदी सरकार की इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता और गंभीरता प्रदर्शित होती है.
