26/11 मुंबई हमलो की ज़िम्मेदारी किसकी?

अगर हमारे पड़ोसी के घर भी अगर किसी की मृत्यु हुई हो तो हम किसी भी प्रकार का उत्सव समारोह मनाने में झिझकते हैं। संकोच लगता है कि इंसान होने के नाते अगर किसी के घर मातम का माहौल है तो हम कैसे खुशियाँ मना सकते हैं। भारतीय संस्कृति में तो किसी की मृत्यु होने पर पूरे एक साल तक कोई तीज त्योहार नहीं मनाया जाता। परंतु कांग्रेस के नेताओं के संस्कार कुछ ऐसे हैं कि मुंबई पर इतना बड़ा आतंकवादी हमला होने के बाद एक साल तो दूर की बात है एक दिन भी शोक मनाने का दिखावा भी ना कर सके। 26 नवंबर 2008 को लश्कर-ए-तैयबा के 10 आतंकवादियों ने मुंबई को बम धमाकों और गोलीबारी से दहला दिया था। इस आतंकी हमले को 10 साल हो गए हैं लेकिन यह भारत के इतिहास का वो काला दिन है जिसे कोई भूल नहीं सकता। हमले में 160 से ज्यादा लोग मारे गए थे और 300 से ज्यादा लोग घायल हुए थे।

जहाँ कई परिवारों के ज़ख्म आज भी नहीं भर पाएं हैं और न ही कभी भर पाएंगे वहीं काँग्रेस के नेता जो कि आए दिन स्वतंत्रता संग्राम में उनके नेताओं की शहादत के पाठ पढ़ाते रहते हैं वो कुछ ही घंटो में हमारे जवानों की शहादत को भूल कर जश्न मनाने में लगे हुए थे। कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गाँधी मुंबई हमले के चंद दिनों बाद ही अपने दोस्त के संगीत में सुबह पाँच बजे तक नाचते हुए नज़र आए।

उस वक्त गृहमंत्री रहे शिवराज पाटिल के तो तारीफ के जितने कसीदे पढ़े जाएं कम हैं। पाटिल जी दो महीने पहले हुए दिल्ली धमाकों के समय एक ही दिन में तीन बार अलग अलग अलग कपड़ों में नज़र आए वही शिवराज आंतरिक सुरक्षा में तो नाकाम रहे ही साथ ही उनके कारण NSG कमांडोज को साथ लाने वाले प्लेन की उड़ान में भी देरी हुई। इस देरी के चलते न केवल कई और मौतें हुई बल्कि आतंकवादियों को ताज होटल में अपनी पैठ बनाने का मौका मिल गया। इस चूक के कारण NSG को आतंकवादियों का सफाया करने में तीन दिन लग गए थे।

गृह मंत्री तो गृह मंत्री महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री विलासराओ देशमुख भी असंवेदनशीलता की सीमाएं लांघते हुए नज़र आए। हमले के तीन दिन बाद ही मुख्यमंत्री अपने अभिनेता सुपुत्र रितेश और फ़िल्म निर्देशक राम गोपाल वर्मा को ताज होटल की सैर कराने पहुँच गए। देश सेना के शहीद जवानों और होटल में खून से सनी लाशों की गिनती भी खत्म नहीं कर पाया था वहीं अफवाहों के अनुसार रामगोपाल वर्मा उन्हीं लाशों में अपनी अगली फिल्म की स्क्रिप्ट ढूंढ रहे थे।

इन सब के बीच कांग्रेस के नेता दिग्विजय सिंह जिनके मन में ओसामा जैसे आतंकवादी काफी आदर सम्मान है वो कुछ अलग ही कथा कहानी गढ़ने में व्यस्त थे। पाकिस्तान को ज़िम्मेदार ठहराना तो दूर दिग्विजय सिंह की 26/11 हमलों को RSS की साज़िश बताकर दुनिया को गुमराह करने की पूरी कोशिश जारी थी। आज भी रूह कांप जाती है यह सोचकर कि अगर शहीद तुकाराम ओम्बले ने अजमल कसाब को ज़िंदा नहीं पकड़ा होता तो कांग्रेस के नेता इस हमले को हिंदुओं की करतूत बताकर कई मासूम ज़िन्दगियों से खिलवाड़ करते। सबसे बड़ी बात यह है कि हिन्दू आतंकवाद की आड़ में कांग्रेस पाकिस्तान को निर्दोष साबित कर देती और वह बेझिझक ऐसे कई और हमलों की योजना बना लेता।

अगर आप क्राइम पेट्रोल देखते हैं तो जानते ही होंगे कि अनूप सोनी हर एपिसोड के अंत में यह बात बोलते हैं कि हर जुर्म दस्तक देकर ही आता है, अगर हम सतर्क रहें तो जुर्म से बचा जा सकता है। 2008 में जयपुर में भी आतंकी हमला हुआ था जिसमें 60 लोग मारे गए थे। इस हमले के बाद खुफिया एजेंसियों ने यह आशंका जताई थी कि अगला हमला शायद समुद्र के रास्ते किया जा सकता है। मोहल्ले में एक घर में भी चोरी हो जाए तो लोग महीनों सतर्क रहते हैं पर कांग्रेस की लापरवाही कहें या असमर्थता की खुफिया एजेंसियों की चेतावनी को भी अनसुना कर दिया। Asian age अखबार में कोस्ट गार्ड के पूर्व डॉयरेक्टर जनरल अरुण कुमार सिंह द्वारा लिखित एक लेख में यह संभावना ज़ाहिर की थी कि अगला हमला समुद्र तट से किया जा सकता है।
इस हमले ने न केवल पूरे देश को हिला कर रख दिया बल्कि कांग्रेस की ओछी राजनीति, देश की सुरक्षा के प्रति उदासीनता को जग जाहिर कर दिया। आखिर ऐसी क्या मजबूरी रही होगी जो अपने देश के नागरिकों की मौत को भुलाकर कांग्रेस के नेता नाच गाना और फिल्मी टूर करने में व्यस्त हो गए, असली गुनाहगारों को पकड़ने की बजाय एक पूरे धर्म को देश पर हुए सबसे बड़े हमले का दोषी करार देने में व्यस्त हो गए। ऐसी क्या मजबूरी रही होगी आखिर?
