आम आदमी या ख़ास आदमी

पिछले दिनों आम आदमी के स्वघोषित प्रतिक श्री केजरीवाल को जब दिल्ली विधानसभा में टेबल पीटते हुए, चिल्लाकर यह कहते सुना कि ‘में दिल्ली का मालिक हूँ’ तो मैं स्वंय एक आम आदमी के तौर पर यह तय नहीं पा रहा था कि मुझे एक आम आदमी के मालिक बनने पर ख़ुश होना चाहिए या उसकी आत्मा की मौत पर मातम मनाना चाहिए।

बचपन से लेकर अब तक जितने भी उन प्रतीकों को देखा है जिन्होंने आम आदमी का चोला बखूभी पहना है, उनमे से कोई भी ऐसा नहीं था जो अपने इस चोले का त्याग करने के लिए तत्पर दिखा हो। ऐसे में जब बहुचर्चित आम आदमी केजरीवाल के श्रीमुख से जब यह वाक्य ‘मैं दिल्ली का मालिक’ ‘माई का लाल हो तो’ ‘मर्द की औलाद’ टपके तो मन उन तमाम महान आम आदमियों के प्रति श्रद्धा से भर उठा जिन्होंने हमें अतीत में अपने नेतृत्व से हमें विशेष पहचान दी थी.

टाइम्स ऑफ़ इंडिया के पहले पन्ने के नीचे ,कौने में छपा आर.के.लक्ष्मण जी के कार्टून से झांकता वो आम आदमी। कोई भी राजनीतीक कालखंड रहा हो, चेक की कमीज और फाइलों के बोझ में दबे उस आम आदमी ने अपनी पहचान एक समान बनाये रखी ,अपने रचयिता के स्वर्ग सिधारने तक। न तो उस आम आदमी का बाल बांका हुआ और न ही माथे पर पड़ी और कमीज पर छपी लकीरो में कोई फेरबदल। निर्विकार भाव से वह सज्जन आखिरी दम तक यही बताते रहे कि ‘कॉमन मेन’ हो, अतएव कामना रहित हो काम में डुबे रहो। ईश्वर उनकी आत्मा को खास शांति दें , यह हर आम आदमी के ह्रदय से निकली प्रार्थना है।

‘हमलोग’ का बसेसर लाल याद है ? आम आदमी का एक और चर्चित चेहरा। अपनी सारी भड़ास को पव्वे से पचा पाने में सक्षम। माँ के कैंसर , पिता के ताने, ज्येष्ठ पुत्र की नालायकी, कनिष्ठ पुत्र की आवारगी , इन सबको को देसी दारू के गिलास में घोल कर पी जाने वाला आम बाप। गौर फरमाइए कि ज्येष्ठ पुत्र लल्लू ही इनकी कसौटी पर खरा उतरा क्योंकि नन्हे ने आम आदमी के संस्कारों को पहले ही एपिसोड में यह कह कर धराशायी कर दिया था क़ि ‘नन्हे बनेगा गावस्कर एक दिन’ . उस धारवाहिक की कई श्रंखलायें इस तथ्य की गवाह है कि नन्हे ने सब प्रयत्न किये पर अपने पिता की तरह आम आदमी का चोला न त्याग पाया।

दिवास्वपन एक आम आदमी की फेवरिट हॉबी होती हैं। जिसमे यह गुण नहीं वो आम आदमी नहीं। मुँगेरीलाल जी ने हम जैसे आम आदमियों को वो औकात दी, जो सत्तर अस्सी के दशक में एक क्रोधित युवा श्री वशिष्ठ बच्चन भी न दे पाए थे। कुछ न कर पाने की स्थिति में बहुत कुछ कर पाने का सपना देखना एक सच्चा आम आदमी ही कर सकता है। इस लेख के पाठक यह ध्यान कि बात सपना देखने की हो रही है , सपना दिखाने की नहीं। अगर आप आम आदमी नहीं तभी आप इसी हकीकत को नकार पाएंगे। मैं एक आम आदमी होने के नाते अपनी छाती को छप्पन कर कहता हूँ कि ‘दिन में सपने देखना एक आम आदमी का जन्मसिद्ध अधिकार है’ ..सिर्फ़ सपने देखना ही।

मुसद्दी लाल , ऑफिस ऑफिस खेलता हुआ एक आम आदमी जो राग दरबारी के दौरान लंगड़ द्वारा शुरू की हुई सत्त की लड़ाई आधुनिक काल में भी बखूबी लड़ रहा है। दफ्तर में चपरासी से लेकर बाबुओं तक सबकी जी हुजूरी करता है, उनके बनाये नियम, बताई हुई शर्तों का पालन करता है। थकता है पर तब तक रिश्वत नहीं देता जब तक उसे याग विश्वास नहीं हो जाता कि यह भी एक सिस्टम का हिस्सा है। धैर्य , सच्चाई और सरकारी तंत्र में भरपूर निष्ठा रखने वाला मुसद्दी लाल कभी यह नहीं कहता कि वो सविंधान से ऊपर है। वह निराश हुए बिना दफ्तरों के चक्कर लगाता रहता है पर जंतर मंतर के नहीं।

पर इन सब से परे एक नमूना दिखा जो आम आदमी का चोला धार, पांवो से सैंडल फटकार और नीली वैगन-आर पर सवार हो कर आया था। जंतर मंतर पर इसने अपनी छोटी से दुकान खोली। भारत में नकली वस्तुओं का बहुत बड़ा बाजार है। इसकी भी दुकान चल पड़ी। चूँकि इस के उत्पादों की मार्केटिंग मीडिया के बड़े दलाल कर रहे थे, यह जंतर मंतर का आम आदमी इतना खास हो गया कि मीडिया वाले भी इससे अपना झूट बिकवाने निजी विमान भेज अपनी मंडी में उसे बुलाने लगे। इस आम आदमी ने वो कद प्राप्त किया कि वो हर छोटा दुकानदार जो अपना ठेला इसकी दुकान के आगे लगा लेता था , वो अपने ‘पिछवाड़े पर लात’ लेकर मंडी से निकाल दिया जाने लगा। ‘इंसान से इंसान का हो भाईचारा’ का नारा लगाने वाला अब भाइयों की तरह न सिर्फ धमकाता है बल्कि गाली गलोच भी कर बैठता है। सुनने में आया है कि इस आम आदमी का चाय समोसा का खर्च भी करोडो में होता है। स्वाभाविक है कि यह अपने आप को दिल्ली का मालिक कहे तो आम लोगो को अब ताज्जुब नहीं होता और वो अपनी अपनी आम दिनचर्या में बसेसर लाल, मुंगेरीलाल या मुसद्दीलाल की तरह व्यस्त हो जाते है।
