अगर छोटकपड़े पहनने मात्र से रेप की घटनाएं होती हैं तो उसका क्या किया जाए जब हैवान अपनी मानसिकता के कारण साड़ी में लिपटी, चारों तरफ़ से ढकी हुई औरत को भी नहीं बख़्शते. यहां तो पांच साल की बच्ची, 65 साल की बूढ़ी औरत औरयहां तक कि बुरखा पहनकर निकलने वाली औरत भीसुरक्षित नहीं है. अब आखिर ऐसी कौन सी ड्रेस बनायें जिससे पुरुषों में हैवानियत ना जगे?
बंगलौर में हुई अत्यंत दर्दनाक घटना के बाद नेताओं की बुद्धि क्षमता के अनुसार टिप्पणियां आनी शुरू हो गयीं. उनमें से ही एक हैं अबु आज़मी जिनके बयान से साफ़ है कि सारी गलती लड़कियों की ही होती है. वैसे इनसे इस तरह के बयान की ही उम्मीद थी. ये अभी भी आदम काल में ही जी रहे हैं. शायदइसीलिए इन्होनें अपनी बहु आयशा टाकिया का बॉलीवुड में काम करना बंद करा दिया.
ये बंगलौर जैसी बड़ी सिटी थी, इसीलिए सारे फ़ुटेज समय पर मिल जाने के कारण आरोपियों की पहचान करने में सफलता मिल सकी. लेकिन ज़रा सोचिये, ऐसी हज़ारों घटनाएं रोज़ होती हैं. गाँव और कस्बों में रहने वाली औरतों के साथजो खेत जाते वक़्त, मजदूरी करते वक़्त और ना जाने कितनी बार उन्हें इस तरह की घटनाओं का शिकार होना पड़ता है. लेकिन वो चाहकर भी ये सब कुछ किसी से बता तक नहीं पाती क्योंकि समाज, घर-परिवार और उनकी मर्यादा इसके आड़े आ जाती है. एक बातगाँठ बाँध लीजिये कि अगर आप अपने घर की लड़कियों को लज्जा में रहने की शिक्षा दे रहें हैं तो घर के लड़कों को भी यह शिक्षा दें कि सड़क पर जा रही लड़की माल नहीं होती. वह भी तुम्हारी बहन जैसी एक स्त्री ही है और उसकी इज्ज़त करना सीखो. कहीं से तो बदलाव की शुरुआत करनी है, होगी और घर से अच्छी शुरुआत कहीं से नहीं हो सकती. ख़ुद को बदल लीजिये, देश खुद-ब-ख़ुद बदल जाएगा.
क्यूँ एक स्त्री को छोटे कपड़े में देखते ही आपकी नसें तन जाती हैं?आपमें उत्तेजना का संचार हो उठता है, और उत्तेजनाभी इतनी प्रबल कि स्त्री का रेप कर बैठते हैं.
आख़िरकार औरतें क्यूँ नहीं आपको बनियान, लुंगी, बरमूडा में देखकर उत्तेजित हो उठती हैं. हाँ, बिलकुल सही सुना, नहीं उत्तेजित होती हैं वो क्योंकि उनकी इच्छा- शक्ति आपके जैसी निम्न नहीं है. उनका ख़ुद पर काबू है. वो यहाँ भी ख़ुद को आपसे ऊपर रखती हैं.
तथाकथित राजनीतिज्ञ अबु आज़मी हो या गृहमंत्री जी परमेश्वर. एक बात को हिंदी में समझ लें कि लड़की को क्या पहनना है, क्या खाना है, या कैसे रहना है, ये पुरुष नहीं तय करेंगे और इतनी घटिया सोच रखने वाले पुरुष तो बिल्कुल भी नहीं.हम महिलाओं को अपनी मर्यादा और सीमाएं भलीभाँति ज्ञात है. इसके लिए हमें पुरुषों से परामर्श लेने की आवश्यकता नहीं है.
इन जैसे नेताओं की मानसिकता दूषित हो चुकी है. बड़े ओहदों पर बैठने से क्या जब सोच ही घटिया हो. महिलाओं के मामले में नेताओं को अपनी सोंच में परिवर्तन लाना होगा. इस तरह की घटिया बयानबाजी को बंद करना होगा. जब देश में अकेली लड़की ओलम्पिक में गोल्ड जीत कर आती है, तब क्यूँ गर्व से आपका सीना चौड़ा हो जाता है. क्या तब आपको उसकी छोटी स्कर्ट नहीं दिखाई देती है. या किसी डर के कारण आप झूठी सराहना कर जाते हैं. सोचकर भी शर्म आती है कि क्या यही वो भारत है जहां “>चाहें औरतों के प्रति बढ़तें अपराधों की जितनी बातें की जायें, लेकिन ये ध्यान रखिये सभी पुरुष अपराधी नहीं होते हैं, लेकिन कुछ घटिया मानसिकता वाले पुरुषों की वजह से समाज में उनकी नकारात्मक छवि बना देते हैं. कुछ दरिंदों के कारण हम सब पुरुषों को अपराधी की श्रेणी में नहीं रख सकते. वो हैवानों की तरह औरतों पर टूट नहीं पड़ते. उन्हें अपनी सीमाएं अच्छे से ज्ञात होती हैं.
अगर दुनिया को बदलना है, तो उसमें स्त्री और पुरुषों की बराबर भागीदारी ज़रूरी है. बदलाव दोनों के सहयोग से ही सम्भव है. अकेले ना कोई समाज में बदलाव ला सका है और ना ही भविष्य में ला सकेगा. यहां ज़रुरत औरतों के कपड़ें बदलने की नहीं बल्कि हैवानों की सोच बदलने की है. ख़राबी तुम्हारी सोच में है, औरतों के कपड़ों में नहीं. सोच बदलने से समाज बदलेगा कपडे बदले से नहीं.और हाँ भद्दी टिप्पणी देने वाले और अपराधियों को बल देने वाले नेता ये बाद याद रखें कि वो भी स्त्री की पैदाइश हैं, किसी अपराधी की नहीं.
