राजकुमार संग्राम सिंह का राज्याभिषेक मार्च में होना निश्चित हो गया है । होली के तुरंत बाद संग्राम सिंह महाराजा की उपाधि पा लेंगे और उनका राजकुमार पद अतीत में चला जाएगा । चर्चा है कि काशी के पुरोहित आकर विधि विधान के साथ मंत्रोच्चारों के बीच राज्याभिषेक सम्पन्न कराएंगे । स्वयं महामंत्री घनानंद महाशय संग्राम सिंह को राजदंड भेंट करेंगे । संग्राम सिंह को अपने पिता महाराजाधिराज प्रबल प्रताप सिंह से एक वृहद राष्ट्र विरासत में मिलेगा और साथ ही मिलेगा नया उत्तरदायित्व – ७५० करोड़ भारतवासियों की रक्षा और कल्याण का ।
महाराज प्रबल प्रताप के शासनकाल में भारत ने हर क्षेत्र में उन्नति की सामरिक रूप से, आर्थिक रूप से, अंतरिक्ष में और सांस्कृतिक रूप से भी । भारत उनके समय में एक महाशक्ति बन गया । हिन्दू धर्म एवं संस्कृति, शास्त्रीय संगीत तथा योग का प्रचार प्रसार पूरे विश्व में हुआ । अरब से लेकर बुखारा, आशख़ाबाद, ताशकंद, इस्तांबुल और बाकू इत्यादि में भव्य मंदिरों का निर्माण हुआ । सामरिक रूप से देखे तो भारत में महाराजा प्रबल प्रताप सिंह के समय सिंधु महासागर पर सही मायनों में भारत का एकछत्र वर्चस्व स्थापित हुआ । पुरानी ग्लूओन्स प्रक्षेपात्रों से लैस पनडुब्बियां हटा कर हिग्ग्स बोसॉन प्रक्षेपात्रों से लैस पनडुब्बियां बनायीं गयीं । क्वॉर्क्स प्रक्षेपात्रों से लैस पनडुब्बियां तो अब सिर्फ संग्राहलयों की शोभा बढ़ाती हैं । हालाँकि उसके भी पूर्व प्रचलित परमाणु प्रेक्षेपात्रों से लैस पनडुब्बियों का विशाखापट्टनम में बनाना अब भी जारी था क्योंकि ये पनडुब्बियां भारत तीसरी दुनियां के देशों अमेरिका तथा जर्मनी इत्यादि को बेचता था । इन गरीब देशों में बनी पनडुब्बियों में सिर्फ परमाणु प्रक्षेपास्त्र ही लग सकते थे । साथ ही मंगल ग्रह अब लगभग ९५% भारत के अधिकार में ही था तथा कुछ हिस्सा चीन व इजिप्ट के पास । SAL (सनातन एरोनॉटिक्स लिमिटेड) के टुकनूर कारखाने में १४७ वीं पीढ़ी के फाइटर जेट बनाए जा चुके थे । कुल मिला कर ब्रह्माण्ड की एकमात्र महाशक्ति के संचालन का भार होली पश्चात् संग्राम सिंह के मजबूत कन्धों पर आने वाला था । ना केवल ‘मानव जाति’ (यह रवीश कुमार जी पर स्लाई कतई नहीं है) अपितु समस्त ब्रह्माण्ड कौतुहल से इस राज्याभिषेक पर नज़र रखे हुए था ।
संग्राम सिंह आज सुबह कुछ इतिहास से जुड़ी इमारतों का दौरा करने गए थे । घूमते हुए उनके मन में विचार आया – कैसा था प्राचीन भारत ? सोचा आज महल लौटकर सन्ध्या के समय घनानंद महाशया जी से इस पर चर्चा करेंगे । संग्राम सिंह ने आँख बंद कर “आचार्य आज सन्ध्या महल पधारें” सन्देश गढ़ा और घनानंद जी को टैग कर दिया । घनानंद ऑनलाइन थे, तुरंत उनका उत्तर आया “युवराज अपराह्न ६ बजे उपस्थित हो जाऊंगा” । यह संदेश संग्राम सिंह के मष्तिष्क में आ गया जिसे अब आँखे खुली होने के कारण उन्होंने ड्राइवर की सीट के पीछे वाले भाग पर पढ़ा । संग्राम सिंह की स्वदेशी Maybach-3800 Air-Water-Land एडिशन, आज वायु कॉरिडोर संख्या ००१ जिसे राजवायुमार्ग ००१ भी कहते हैं, से डिसेन्ड होना आरम्भ हो गयी थी । चालक ने बताया १ मिनट ३३ सेकंड बाद महल के कारपैड पर लैंड होगी । राजमार्ग ००१ यूँ तो प्रबल प्रताप सिंह के उपयोग के लिए था पर युवराज के राजवायुमार्ग ००३ पर राजमाता विमला रानी किसी स्त्री कल्याण संगठन के समारोह में भाग लेने गयीं थीं । स्त्री कल्याण एक सतत प्रक्रिया है जो युगों से चली आ रही है पर कल्याण अभी तक न हो सका है । या तो हम कल्याण ठीक से नहीं कर रहे या जब तक कुछ कल्याण होता है तब तक दुष्ट स्त्री कल्याण विरोधी आगे निकल जाते हैं और स्त्री कल्याण फिर नए सिरे से आरम्भ करना पड़ता है ।
सायं ६ बजे आचार्य और संग्राम सिंह महल में बैठे और चर्चा आरम्भ हो गयी । संग्राम सिंह ने पूंछा – आचार्य प्राचीन भारत के विषय में बड़ा कौतुहल है विशेषतः उस समय की राज प्रणाली को लेकर जिसे लोकतंत्र कहते थे । आप उस विषय पर कुछ प्रकाश डालें । प्लेनेटनेट पर सर्च करने पर तो उस समय को लेकर इतना सब उल्टा सीधा लिखा है कि लगता है सब झूठ है । घनानंद जी ने गहरी साँस लेते हुए कहा – युवराज वो प्रणाली ही ऐसी थी सब झूठ था या यूँ कहें कि उस समय का भारत ही झूठ था । बात कुछ ऐसी है कि पहले मुगलों, फिर अंग्रेजों की गुलामी के बाद उस समय के भारत जो हमारे भारत का लगभग आधा था, में अंग्रेजों ने जाने से पहले भारत को एक महात्मा दिया और जाने के बाद भारत का एक टुकड़ा और लोकतंत्र । महात्मा और लोकतंत्र दोनों ही भारत की उस समय की लचर अवस्था और अराजकता का कारण बने । पढ़े लिखे अंग्रेजों ने भारतीयों को अपने यहाँ चलने वाला तंत्र दे दिया
, उन भारतीयों को जो भाषा, धर्म, जाति, गोत्र और न जाने किस किस में बंटे थे । साथ ही मुख्यतः अंग्रेजों की तरह पढ़े लिखे भी नहीं थे । उस समाज ने सिर्फ राजतन्त्र देखा था या बाहरी मुल्कों से आये शासकों का डंडा । जब लोकतंत्र का भारतीयकरण हुआ भी तो भी लोग राजतन्त्र की तरह ही उस भारत में नेताओं के बच्चों/पत्नियों को ही चुनते रहे । यदि एक घराने का प्रभाव जनमानस पर इतना गहरा होता है तो नयी प्रणाली क्या थोपनी इस प्रजा पर । अमेरिका जो उस समय बहुत शक्तिशाली देश था, ने पूरे विश्व को लोकतंत्र सिखाने का बीड़ा उठाया हुआ था । न सीखने वाले अरब देशों व अन्य देशों को बम मार मार के लोकतंत्र का पाठ पढ़ा रहा था । विस्मय से संग्राम सिंह ने घनानंद की ओर देखा उनके मुख पर लिखा था ‘अमेरिका शक्तिशाली देश? अनुभवी घनानंद ने तुरंत प्रश्न भांपते हुए कहा – युवराज इस सहिष्णुता और लिबरलिज्म के चक्कर में बड़े बड़ों का सत्यानाश हुआ । मैं जानता हूँ कि आज विश्वास करना कठिन है पर अमेरिका व यूरोप कभी स्वग्रह पृथ्वी के शक्तिशाली देश हुआ करते थे । अमेरिका ने तो सुदूर ग्रहों जैसे मंगल व शुक्र पर भी उपस्तिथि दर्ज करा दी थी पर लिबरलिज्म के नाम पर इतने आतंकी शरणार्थी बनाकर घुसा लिए अपने यहाँ जिन्होंने इन देशों के पहले नियम कानून तोड़े, बम फोड़े, और फिर धर्म के नाम पर टुकड़े कराये । यहाँ तक कि वहां के मूल नागरिकों को प्रताड़ित कर कालांतर में समाप्त किया या अपने जैसा बना लिया । अर्थव्यवस्था या ऐसा कहें किसी भी प्रकार की कोई व्यवस्था शेष न रही । अरबी भी कमोबेश हमारी ही भाँति सदैव कई क्लान में रहते आये थे और सबसे शक्तिशाली क्लान को अपना शासक मान कर चलते रहे थे । उनको भी लोकतंत्र का पाठ जबरन पढ़ाया गया और जो नहीं समझना चाहते थे उनका नामो निशान मिटा दिया गया । खैर, हम भारत पर आते हैं । देखिये युवराज लोकतंत्र उसे दीजिये जिसे कम से कम अपना शासक चुनने की समझ तो हो । या फिर वही स्थिति होगी जैसे चिकित्सक ही अनपढ़ मरीज़ से पूछने लगे – भाई तुम्हे क्या दवा दूँ ?
