देश में एक स्थिर और मजबूत सरकार है. देश का सुरक्षा तंत्र सक्षम है. इसलिए पुलवामा के पापियों और उनके पोषकों पर कार्रवाई कैसी होगी, कब होगी, इसकी तीव्रता कितनी होगी, इसका तरीका क्या होगा, इसका फैसला देश के राजनीतिक नेतृत्व द्वारा सुरक्षा प्रतिष्ठानों की सलाह से उचित समय पर लिए जाने की अपेक्षा है.
लेकिन पुलवामा त्रासदी पर बिलखते परिजनों, कराहती करुणा, रोते राष्ट्र, सिसकती अस्मिता, घायल अखंडता व शहीदों, शहादत, राष्ट्र व राष्ट्रीयता के विद्रूप माखौल के बीच देश भर में उग्र प्रदर्शन जारी हैं. स्वत:स्फूर्त बंद हो रहे हैं. जन सामान्य के बीच होते संवाद में क्रुद्ध भावनाओं का ज्वार उठ रहा है, आक्रोश उबल रहा है, प्रतिशोध धधक रहा है. सरकार इसे दबाव समझे या अपनी ताकत लेकिन परिस्थितियों का लब्बोलुआब यही है कि अभी नहीं तो कभी नहीं.
देश का दुर्भाग्य है पुलवामा त्रासदी पर कुछ लोगों द्वारा खुशी मनाना, षडयंत्रकारियों का महिमामंडन करना या उनके जघन्य कृत्य को किसी भी बहाने से न्यायसंगत बताना. यह अस्वीकार्य है, अक्षम्य है. इस सबने देश के आक्रोश के घाव पर अपमान का नमक रखा है. एक दो जगहों पर लोगों में इसकी स्वाभाविक प्रतिक्रिया हुई पर ऐसा कहीं भी कुछ नहीं हुआ जिसे कुछ बड़ा कहा जाए. सब कुछ पुलिस और प्रशासन के नियंत्रण में था. लेकिन शौकिया या पेशे से एंटी इंडिया नैरेटिव लिए बैठे प्रणेता और उनके अनुवायी इन घटनाओं को बढ़ा चढ़ाकर बताते पाए गए.
लोग भी सजग थे. इनमें से कईयों के खिलाफ पुलिस को शिकायतें की गयीं. कुछ पर उचित कार्रवाई भी हुई. कुछ के नियोक्ताओं और संस्थानों को उनके कृत्यों का संज्ञान दिलाया गया. इन संस्थानों और नियोक्ताओं ने भी देश की भावना से सहमति दिखाते हुए इन्हे बाहर का रास्ता दिखाया.
इसी क्रम में कल एक सेलेब पत्रकार बरखा दत्त सामने आयीं. मैडम अपने उदारवादी विचारों के लिए खासी मशहूर हैं. उनका आरोप है कि उनका फोन नंबर सोशल मीडिया पर शेयर किया गया और बाद में लोगों ने उन्हे फोन पर गालियां दीं, धमकियां दीं और अश्लील संदेश भेजे. सभ्य समाज का कोई भी व्यक्ति इसे सही नहीं ठहरा सकता क्योंकि इसमे मुद्दों पर आलोचना की जगह है, गाली या धमकी या अश्लीलता और फूहड़ता की नहीं. यदि मैडम का फोन नंबर सोशल मीडिया पर शेयर किया गया और उसके बाद उनके साथ अभद्रता हुई तो वह निन्दनीय ही नहीं दंडनीय भी है. मैडम ने ट्विटर पर इन बातों का खुलासा ही नहीं किया बल्कि संबंधित लोगों के फोन नंबर्स के साथ अपने शिकायती ट्वीट्स पुलिस को भी टैग किया. इन्ही शिकायती ट्वीट्स में एक के साथ मैडम ने उन्हे कथित रुप से भेजा गया एक अति अश्लील स्क्रीनशॉट भी नत्थी किया. पूरा दिन असहजता के साथ ट्विटर का टॉक ऑफ द टाउन यही प्रकरण बना रहा.
यदि मैडम के साथ ऐसा गलत व्यवहार हुआ तो उन्हे पुलिस से शिकायत करने की पूरी स्वतंत्रता है. लेकिन ऐसा करते हुए उन्होने ट्विटर पर उनलोगों का फोन नंबर बताकर उनके निजता का हनन करने की जरुरत नहीं थी. समझा जाता है कि ट्विटर ने इसके लिए उन्हे चेतावनी भी दी है. ये फोन नंबर सीधे पुलिस को भी दिए जा सकते थे. अपने ट्वीट में जिस अति अश्लील स्क्रीन शॉट को उन्होने लगाया, वह एकदम गैर-जरुरी था और खासकर तब जब मैडम के ट्विटर पर लाखों की संख्या में फॉलोवर्स हैं. इन्हे भी बिना ट्विटर पर रखे पुलिस को दिया जा सकता था.
देश में विचारों का द्वंद्व है और रहेगा लेकिन सामाजिक मर्यादा के पैमाने इन वैचारिक लड़ाईयों से इतर होते हैं. किसी भी परिस्थिति में बेहद अश्लील स्क्रीनशॉट सार्वजनिक रुप से शेयर करना सामाजिक मर्यादा व गरिमा की धज्जियां उड़ाता है. इतना ही नहीं उन्होने उस अश्लील संदेश भेजने वाले को एक खास राजनीतिक धारा से जुड़ा भी बता दिया.
मैडम एक वरिष्ठ पत्रकार ही नहीं बल्कि उन प्रखर और प्रबुद्ध कहे जाने वाले लोगों में से हैं जिनसे सोशल मीडिया पर अभद्रता, गाली-गलौज और अश्लीलता आदि के विरोध की एवं मर्यादित व स्वस्थ वैचारिक बहस का ध्वजवाहक बनने की अपेक्षा की जाती हैं. मैडम इन अपेक्षाओं को पूरा करते हुए दिखने का प्रयास भी करती हैं. साथ ही वह निजता के अधिकार की पैरोकार भी समझी जाती हैं. लेकिन इस पूरे प्रकरण में ‘पर उपदेश कुशल बहुतेरे’ ही दिखा है.
पत्रकारिता का पेशा सिर्फ रिपोर्टिंग या नजरिये में निरपेक्षता की मांग ही नहीं करता बल्कि उसमे सामाजिक मर्यादाओं और राष्ट्रीय हितों के सम्मान की भी अपेक्षा बनी रहती है. इन अपेक्षाओं के आलोक में कहना ही होगा कि इस पूरे प्रकरण ने पुलवामा त्रासदी पर पहले से ही दुखी देश को निराश किया है.

बरखा दत्त या बरखा दराबू अब जो भी है,जरा पीछे पलट कर अपने किये को देखें,आज जो कुछ भी हो रहा है या हुआ है अच्छा है बुरा उनके विगत के कारनामों का ही उनके आइने में उनका चेहरा है।
जन-मानस की भावनाओं को ठेस पहुंचाने में उन्होंने क्या असर छोड़ी ,, हाफिज सईद जैसे आतंकी के साथ फोटो और उस पर उन के विचारों को किसी भी देशप्रेमी भारतीय ने पसंद नहीं किया।
हर इंसान की प्रतिक्रिया उसके अपने तरीके की होती है, सामाजिक मर्यादा जैसे दी जाती है वैसे ही पायी जाती है। लिंग भेद गौण हो जाता है । अब जो कुछ हो रहा है उस पर बिलबिलाने से हताश होना ऐसा ही है जैसा ,,,शीशे के मकान में रह कर दूसरे पर पत्थर मारना।
आज एडीटर गिल्ड जिस मर्यादा की दुहाई दे रही है , उन्होंने कभी इन्हें ,,,आतंकी हाफिज सईद के साथ फोटो खिंचवाने और उसे महिमान्वित करने पर लताड़ लगाई या , समझाया कि ,,, भारतीयों के सेंटीमेंट पर चोट पहुंचाने वाले काम पत्रकारिता के नाम पर न करें,,, नहीं तो क्यों? कहीं भी देख लीजिए किसी ने नहीं किया।
इस भारतभूमि ने बहुत बड़े और महान पत्रकारों को जन्म दिया है , उन्होंने कभी देश हित से दूर रह कर अपनी लेखनी का प्रयोग नहीं किया। बरखा ने ऐसा किया है,कर्म गति ,नियती के नियम से चलती है , जैसा , सबसे उपर लिखा है।
अभी भी समय है ,वक्त किसी को माफ नहीं करता , देश हित से बाहर मत निकालिएगा ।
